How to tell mobile link dont syncronize first time

I have a system with ASA 16.0 and mobile link for replication.  My remote database is large and dont want to syncronize with the consolidate database the first time that do the dbmlsync.  But always when run the dbmlsync syncronize all the tables.  My tables some use the timestamp and other use the snapshot.  my remote database has already all the rows and tables syncronized with the consolidate database.

Anyone know or have idea how to tell mobile link dont syncronize?  i ready about the last_time_download but dont found any example for avoid my problem.
