Mobilink sync issue - data stranded on remote db

Have been using Mobilink for a few years to replicate data between iAnywhere db and an Oracle 11g consolidated db. Never seen this happen before - stranded data.

During a routine sync 16 new data rows on remote were 'marked' as uploaded, however some kind of hiccup between the mlink server and the consolidated db occurred around the same time and the data never appeared on the consolidated. See log snippet. Subsequent syncs were successful and new inserts were synced, but the 16 rows are stranded.

(This is in log more or less frequently, I don't know what is going on, but the connection seems to self recover.)

Tried to trick mlink by making trivial updates to a field in each row on remote, but then server failed the sync bc rows to update were not found in consolidated (I was hoping for an upsert transaction, but this did not occur). See log snippet:

Seen this kind of thing before? Mobilink promises to never do exactly this - strand data. Any ideas? Thx
