I was curious if anyone out there has ever successfully set up a sql anywhere database as Jitterbit source? If so, how did you achieve this? I've asked Jitterbit support, and they reponded with:
"Once I installed SQLAnywhere, I realized that they had actually made it simple to get the connection string we need in Jitterbit.
Inside SQL Central, the SQLAnywhere studio, click the little green computer icon at the top of the screen. Then enter your credentials. Do not connect yet. Instead, click the "Tools" button and select Copy "Connection String to Clipboard".
Then, inside Jitterbit Studio, open your SQLAnywhere source. Expand options, then check the "Construct connections string manually" checkbox and past in the connection string from SQL Central. You can remove the PWD argument from the connection string and enter it after clicking the Password button above.
Please make sure that you close SQL Central before testing the connection, as the database will not let you have two connections at the same time. This is possibly just a limitation in the dev instance.
Please let us know if this is the information you need and if there is anything else we can do to help."
However, I received the error:
"Failed to connect to database. [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Data source name not found and no default driver specified (SqlState: IM002).

Jitterbit never got back to me, so I'm hoping someone out there has figured how to accomplish this. Thank you for the help!
